Omanyp is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and drive employee engagement. The role supports current and future business needs by fostering development and retention across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HR, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• - Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• - Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
• - Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.
• - Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
