Job summary

Libera Consultants is partnering with a leading international oilfield services organization in Oman to recruit an HR Manager for in-country leadership. You will serve on the in-country senior leadership team and drive a high-performance culture across a sizeable HR function.

The role requires hands-on, credible leadership to build and resource a robust HR team capable of supporting a large, complex operational environment in-country.

Qualifications

• 14–17 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Oil & gas experience is essential, ideally with a major international oilfield services company.
• Proven experience leading HR teams within a large, operationally complex organization.
• Strong generalist HR profile across multiple disciplines, not narrow specialization.
• Solid knowledge of Omani labour law and HR best practice.

What you’ll be doing
