Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the hot kitchen section of a 4-star or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• English proficiency and ability to communicate in the restaurant area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot food items while maintaining quality, presentation, hygiene and safety.
• Assist with mise en place, station setup and daily kitchen operations.
