Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience within hospitality operations or hotel asset management.
• Experience with luxury and upscale hotel brands.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial statements and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate hotel operational and financial performance.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Analyse revenue performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct property visits and operational reviews.
• Prepare management reports and performance presentations.
