Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Muscat seeks a Hotel Manager to act as the General Manager’s principal operational partner, driving excellence, financial performance, and guest experiences across all hotel divisions in Muscat.

The role focuses on luxury F&B operations, strategic leadership, and maintaining brand standards while engaging ownership, corporate, and external partners to elevate the hotel’s standing in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Division Heads in delivering exceptional operational, financial, and service performance.
• Develop annual operating budgets and Capital Expenditure plans with Division Heads and Finance Director.
• Monitor performance via P&L, RevPAR, rooms yield, GOP, guest satisfaction, and KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Champion a culture of personalised luxury service by reviewing guest feedback and driving improvements.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence across guestrooms, F&B outlets, kitchens, and public areas; ensure standards.
• Prepare for and ensure compliance with quality, brand, hygiene, and regulatory audits (Forbes, LQA, EHS).
• Oversee executive oversight of F&B operations; work with Chef and outlet leaders on concepts, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market positioning and revenue generation across hotel offerings.
