Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service operations; supervise staff and manage day-to-day activities.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across outlets; ensure staffing levels meet guest and financial needs.
• Lead and mentor team; train, coach, and develop employees; set goals and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, laws, and sanitation regulations.
