We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Salalah Oman The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
• ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments
• Maintain high standards of guest service satisfaction and overall guest experience
• Lead motivate and develop hotel teams to achieve operational objectives
• Monitor operational costs budgets revenue performance and departmental productivity
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies health and safety standards and applicable local regulations
• Coordinate with department heads to improve service quality and operational performance
• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective solutions
• Monitor performance indicators and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency

Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, cost control, and service standards.

Ability to manage multiple departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and business performance.

Knowledge of the hospitality market in Oman or the GCC will be an advantage.
