The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

• Maintain high standards of guest service, satisfaction, and overall guest experience.

• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams to achieve operational objectives.

• Monitor operational costs, budgets, revenue performance, and departmental productivity.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and applicable local regulations.

• Coordinate with department heads to improve service quality and operational performance.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective solutions.

• Monitor performance indicators and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
