Responsibilities

• Following up with carriers, ports and overseas DHL offices.
• Tracking & Rooting air, ocean, and road shipments.
• Coordinating liners, ports, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Attending port operations and coordination.
• Handling shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, customs documents).
• Updating customers on shipment status and reports.
• Managing exceptions, delays, and operational issues.
• Coordinating with warehouses, transporters, and site teams.
