Job summary

Jobsforhumanity in Oman (Dhofar) seeks an experienced logistics professional to manage customs documentation and coordinate import/export shipments, including cross-trade movements across countries.

You will monitor schedules, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery while supporting warehouse operations and resolving documentation issues. Fluency in English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant logistics/shipping experience.
• Strong knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.
• Experience in cross-trade shipping is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Manage and arrange cross-trade shipments between different countries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and delivery status.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and movement of goods.
• Maintain proper logistics and shipment records.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues and ensure timely delivery.
