Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell hotel services where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome and complete the check-in/check-out process.
• Verify guest details, process payments, and issue receipts using the POS system.
• Provide hotel and local information to assist guests and promote amenities.
• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency and manage messages.
