Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising cooks, developing menus, controlling food costs, and maintaining safety procedures while delivering consistent, high-quality meals for diverse guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 years experience in culinary, F&B, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years experience in culinary, F&B, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Leads kitchen management team and provides direction for day-to-day operations.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and ensures performance standards are met.
• Supervises cooks and staff, develops staff, and ensures sanitation and food safety standards.
• Develops and implements guidelines for purchasing, receiving, and food storage.
• Monitors food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
