Marriott International - St. Regis, Muscat, Oman, seeks an experienced banquet chef to lead culinary teams and deliver high-quality banquet dining experiences. You will supervise prep, presentation, and plating for events, while upholding sanitation, food safety, and cost controls.

The role requires coordinating with event staff, reviewing culinary requirements, and maintaining consistent guest satisfaction across all functions.

Formación

• Education as above with at least 1 year in culinary or related area.
• Experience in banquet or large-scale food preparation setting.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead banquet kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and plating.
• Attend Banquet Event meetings to review culinary requirements.
• Check quality of raw and cooked products to ensure standards.
• Develop menu concepts, pricing, and ordering for BEOs.
• Manage kitchen operations, staffing, and daily budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and sanitation.
