Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Senior Proficient CVM leader to design and drive enterprise customer value management programs across the EBU portfolio. You will translate data, priorities and insights into actionable segments, journeys and targeted campaigns.

In this role you will own the lifecycle plan, measure impact, coordinate cross-functional delivery and build reusable CVM processes to boost retention, engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or another relevant field.
• Master is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the EBU CVM and customer lifecycle plan, aligning with commercial priorities and governance.
• Convert data into segments, insights and prioritized value opportunities.
• Design lifecycle strategies and journeys covering onboarding, adoption, engagement, cross-sell, upsell, retention and win-back.
• Coordinate campaign execution across CRM, digital, sales, product, marketing, analytics and IT.
• Establish KPI frameworks and monitor performance; communicate insights and actions.
• Prepare business cases evaluating incremental revenue and ROI; manage budget.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with implementation partners and vendors.
