Job summary

Elastic is seeking an experienced Regional Services Partner to lead our Enterprise & Public Sector Services business in the MENA region. This role sits at the intersection of commercial ownership, customer engagement, and delivery excellence.

You will be responsible for driving services bookings growth while ensuring successful execution of a portfolio of complex engagements, reporting to the Regional Services Leader and partnering with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery teams,

Qualifications

8+ years in Professional Services, program delivery, or pre‑sales within enterprise tech.
Experience working with Enterprise & Public Sector organizations.
Proven ownership of services bookings targets, forecasting and complex negotiations.
Background delivering tech solutions in search/observability/analytics or security domains.
Willingness to travel up to 50% (and occasional international travel).

Responsibilities

Own and achieve Services bookings and revenue targets.
Build and execute a territory services strategy aligned with plans and adoption goals.
Maintain accurate forecasting and proactively manage pipeline gaps.
Lead the services bid and negotiation lifecycle, including scope and pricing.
Drive discovery and shape outcome‑oriented services offerings.
Develop Statements of Work tied to milestones and outcomes.
Position Elastic Services as a strategic enabler for transformation within Enterprise & Public Sector.
Oversee a portfolio of engagements with cost, margin, and satisfaction in mind.
