Job summary

Gender is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (CBU Tech) to lead engineering health and delivery enablement for consumer-facing technology channels. You will own the engineering health, capacity planning, talent management, and delivery readiness across mobile, web, commerce, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities include enabling Tech Leads by removing bottlenecks, coordinating with Programme Leads/PMOs, and driving governance with metrics.

• Manage hiring pipelines, onboarding, and workforce stability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with Tech Leads to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure delivery readiness and cross-team coordination with PMOs.
