Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking a sales counter professional in Oman to assist walk-in customers, offer guidance on electrical products, and manage quotations, invoices, and sales orders. You will handle billing, maintain records, and drive customer satisfaction on every interaction.

The role requires knowledge of electrical materials, experience in counter sales, and strong communication in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Provide product knowledge on switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
• Maintain customer relationships and report sales updates.
