Job summary

Al Seer Group in Muscat is seeking an eCommerce Business Manager to drive growth within the assigned customer and channel set, working to understand each customer’s business model and ensure optimal engagement with Al Seer Group brands and groups.

You will focus on delivering best-in-class product content, timely payments, and returns while coordinating with internal teams. A strong emphasis on expanding eCommerce knowledge across the group is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role.
• Graduate, MBA preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Market knowledge/ Sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Al Seer Group business in the allocated customer/channel set
• Ensure optimum product availability on the customer platform based on agreed MSL or customer model
• Ensure best-in-class product content for each SKU, through engagement with brand owners, Al Seer business groups and customers
• Ensure the allocated eCommerce customers meet Al Seer Objectives in terms of timely payments, and returns
• Review top 2 customers quarterly with internal ASG businesses as well as with the customers
• Review and evaluate Spends by agency by customer
• Obtain and communicate Customer engagement opportunities - event calendar, visibility opportunities, Sampling
• Increase eCommerce operating knowledge and skills within the team
