Job summary

OCI is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in the New Market and Kuwait region to assist after-sales services, process orders, and coordinate with logistics, quality, and supply chain teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and customer management across diverse teams.

Key tasks include ensuring timely order processing, tracking production and shipment, and resolving customer inquiries while supporting the commercial team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or science (or equivalent).
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale customer service support for New Market and Kuwait region after order confirmation.
• Ensure timely generation and processing of sales orders.
• Support commercial team to achieve department targets (sales & CM).
• Coordinate with supply chain, R&D and Quality teams from order processing to shipment.
• Ensure accurate stock allocation against customer demands.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Communicate with sales teams and customers on orders, deliveries, stock, and required information.
• Coordinate with quality control for test certificates and arrange customer inspections and travel/accommodation as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics/stores for dispatch trailers and export documentation.
• Liaise with sales staff, internal departments, and customers on production progress and payment status.
