Prysmian is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to assist the Sales team in after-sale services for New Market and Kuwait customers. You will manage orders, payments, documentation, and liaise with supply chain, R&D, and QA to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with logistics and QC to issue test certificates, arrange inspections, and handle enquiries from the sales team and customers, ensuring accurate stock allocation and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce or Science or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate order processing, production status, payment status and shipment status for New Market and Kuwait Region.
• Provide support to commercial team to achieve department targets.
• Ensure timely generation and processing of sales orders.
• Coordinate with supply chain, R&D and Quality for order processing to shipment.
• Coordinate with quality control for test certificates and customer inspections.
• Arrange trailers for dispatch and generate export documentation.
• Provide post-sale customer service support and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with sales team and customers on orders, deliveries, stock and information requirements.
