Job summary
A leading athletic apparel retailer in Christchurch, NZ, is seeking a Retail Associate to enhance customer experience in-store. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and maintaining product knowledge. Ideal candidates will have some retail experience and a passion for athletics. Flexibility in availability is needed, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of retail experience required.
- Confidence in engaging with customers for an elevated experience.
- Motivated and flexible to work in retail.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork.
- Deliver sales targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Connect with customers using open-ended questions.
