We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our high-performing Dairy team on parental leave - FTC until August 2026. Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Dairy, you will primarily be working on our Beverage portfolio with responsibility for the Meadow Fresh and Puhoi Valley brands.

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially savvy marketer who gets stuff done. You will have a proven track-record of success and be able to demonstrate strong marketing disciplines. Vital to your success will be your positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Driving growth through developing and executing annual brand plans.
  • Championing consumer insight led strategy & innovation to future-proof our brands and capture emerging value.
  • Planning and managing marketing activity, and optimising mix of marketing to achieve market share, profit, and sales objectives.
  • Delivering the full brand P&L's and annual budget of the portfolio
  • Leading cross-functional alignment and relationships with our Category, Sales, Finance and Operational leaders
  • Contributing to the capability development of the marketing team on our journey to win across our whole portfolio in all channels.
  • Contributing to Business Leadership Team for the dairy portfolio and wider marketing team.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing (food & beverage experience preferred)
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Successfully brought new product innovation to market
  • Delivered through-the-line marketing campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen, and confidence working with data and financials
  • A passion for marketing, and an interest in current marketing best practice
