• Lead learning across the school from Y7-15 and in Level 1, 2 and 3 Accounting as Kaiako Matua in accounting Rōpū.
• Provide learning leadership to kaiako across the school and be based in one of Te Kura tari (offices) as required.
• Collaborate with Kaiako Matua and be attached to a cross-curricular kāhui; supported by Regional Leaders of Learning and National Leaders of Learning.
• Thrive in a busy environment, show initiative, communicate effectively and be self-motivated.
• Build strong curriculum learning in a range of contexts and apply effective assessment for learning.
• Utilise technology to improve education outcomes for all students, with a focus on Māori and Pasifika learners.

• Experience in developing curriculum learning across diverse contexts.
• Experience with effective assessment for learning.
• Future-oriented mindset with enthusiasm, vision and commitment to improving education outcomes.
