Clive School is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and inspiring teacher to join our dedicated team. We are a kura that values whanaungatanga, creativity, and community, and are looking for someone who will bring energy and passion to both the classroom and the wider life of our school.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to developing every child’s potential
  • Ideally, experienced in IDEAL Structured Literacy and Maths No Problem (an advantage - but not a necessity)
  • Strong classroom organisation and a strengths-based approach to positive behaviour management
  • A proven ability to build authentic, positive relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues
  • A willingness to have fun, share their passion and expertise, enriching our kura with unique strengths and interests.
  • A clear commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its place in education
  • A commitment to contributing fully to the rich cultural, sporting, and community life of Clive School
