About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people, is seeking an energetic and experienced Youth Empowerment Program Coordinator for their Queenstown office. This hybrid role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that support youth development, skills training, and personal growth within the Eastern Cape. You will work closely with young people, educational institutions, community leaders, and other stakeholders to create impactful opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for youth development, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing youth in Queenstown and the broader Eastern Cape region. This role requires an individual who can engage effectively with young people both in person and through digital platforms.
