Truckstops Blenheim is seeking a Service Manager to lead our busy service department and drive performance. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee the service team, ensure quality workmanship and maintain safety standards while delivering great customer outcomes.

You’ll bring proven workshop leadership, coaching skills and a solid understanding of budgeting and profitability. This is a hands-on role in a busy workshop where people and processes matter.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service/workshop team in a busy environment.
• Ability to coach technicians and apprentices to build capability.
• Strong understanding of budgets, P&L and performance targets.
• Commitment to health and safety and a safe working culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels.

Responsibilities
