Job summary

Truck Stops (NZ) Ltd in Blenheim is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operation. You will manage a team of skilled and apprentice technicians, drive performance, and report to the Branch Manager with support from the Regional Manager.

You will oversee service delivery, budgets, and safety, while coaching staff to build capability and ensure high-quality customer service at this busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Previous workshop leadership experience as a Senior Leading Hand, Foreman or similar.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• A good understanding of workshop financials, including budgets, profit and loss, margins and performance targets.
• Strong decision-making, planning and prioritisation skills.
• A genuine commitment to health and safety.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to quality service.
• The drive to overcome challenges and continuously improve performance.

Your new role as Service Manager
