Job summary

Absolute IT Limited is seeking a Windows 11 Engineer for a FIFO (Mon-Fri) contract in New Zealand. You will provide onsite migration and post-migration support across three migration phases, including Exchange Online and Windows 11 upgrades, with weekly travel across sites.

The role is fast-paced, customer-facing and covers travel and accommodation costs. You may be based anywhere in the North Island but must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Frontline IT support experience.
• Windows 11 migration exposure.
• Mailbox migration experience.
• MS Intune experience.
• MS Entra ID (Azure AD) experience.
• Exchange Online experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite migration and post-migration support.
• Support Exchange On-prem to Online migrations.
• Support Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
• Resolve support tickets during rollout activities.
• Deliver frontline customer service under pressure.
• Travel weekly to sites around New Zealand.
