Job summary

Premier Wellness in Orewa, Auckland is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy wellness clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handle bookings, payments, and day-to-day admin in a supportive team.

We offer a full-time role, training on Cliniko and Submit Kit, and a collaborative culture focused on patient wellbeing. Experience in healthcare reception is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Booking and rebooking appointments and processing payments.
• Managing phone calls, emails and text messages.
• Liaising with ACC and other medical professionals.
• Providing administrative support across practitioners and the clinical team.
• Assisting with marketing activities and implementing systems and procedures.
• General reception duties, light clinic cleaning, and maintaining the red light therapy bed.
