Job summary

Foot Science International is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch. You will help ensure orders are despatched on time while providing friendly service to customers by phone and email.

The role is 70% in the warehouse and 30% in the office, collaborating with sales, warehouse and production to keep customers updated, handle queries and organise freight. We offer a supportive, team-driven environment and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Good warehouse experience and numeracy are essential.
• Ability to communicate confidently by phone and email with customers.
• Strong PC skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are despatched in full and on time.
• Keep customers updated and handle queries via phone and email.
• Organise freight and maintain customer records in CRM.
• Support inventory control and cycle counting.
• Work with sales, warehouse and production teams to improve processes.
