Job summary

Foot Science International is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Christchurch. You will help ensure orders are despatched on time while providing friendly service to customers by phone and email.

The role is 70% in the warehouse and 30% in the office, collaborating with sales, warehouse and production to keep customers updated, handle queries and organise freight. We offer a supportive, team-driven environment and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Good warehouse experience and numeracy are essential.

Customer Service & Warehouse Coordinator

Foot Science International is a well-established, successful company designing and manufacturing Formthotics insoles for customers around the world.

We supply products to medical professionals, high performance athletes and everyday users. Formthotics is trademarked and patented in many countries and our brand name is known for the highest quality and manufacturing standards.

We are looking for someone with good warehouse skills who will also enjoy some data entry, email and telephone customer service work.

The Role

You will be working closely with our sales, warehouse and production teams to make sure orders are despatched in full and on time. Keeping customers up to date, dealing with queries and organising freight will be your main areas of focus.

This role is 70% in the warehouse and 30% in the office.

Warehouse duties will include:

• Pick products for local and international orders
• Check, pack, label and dispatch orders
• Prepare and complete compliance documentation
• Process customer returns
• Scan and store finished goods from production
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

Office duties will include:

• Process orders and check delivery dates
• Regular communication with customers by phone and email
• Maintain customer records in our CRM
• Investigate and resolve queries
• Track and trace shipments from suppliers and to customers
• Maintain reporting on KPIs

About You

A positive attitude and a team focused approach is essential and an ability to communicate confidently by phone and email with our customers is important.

We’re looking for good warehouse experience, good PC skills and good numeracy. We deal with high order volumes so excellent attention to detail and organisation skills will be important.
