Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Ward Administrator in Wellington Central (Wellington Region) on a part-time 0.5 FTE rostered and rotating schedule.

Your role is to deliver friendly front-of-house reception duties for the ward, provide top-class customer service, and handle data entry, record management and secure data collating to support clinical teams.

The salary band for this role is NZD 73,476 to NZD 81,164, depending on experience.

• Robust and adaptable; able to multitask.
• Proficient with standard computer packages for data entry and records management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly front-of-house reception duties for the ward.
• Provide accurate data entry, record management and data collation.
• Maintain open communication with reporting lines and other teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
