• Deliver friendly and professional front of house reception for the ward.

• Ensure accurate data entry, record management and collating.
• Maintain open communication with reporting lines and other teams.
• Support ward staff and patient administration as part of PAS.
• Liaise with the ward and broader administration teams to complete tasks.
