Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience is essential.
• Healthcare or dental reception experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic environment.
• Valid New Zealand working rights and local residency.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
