Job summary

Lumino Frankton in Queenstown (Lumino The Dentists network) seeks a Senior Receptionist to lead front-of-house operations and support the practice team. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient journey, managing bookings, payments, and records while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Ideal candidates will have dental reception experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy setting, working closely with the Practice Manager

Qualifications

Dental reception experience with senior/leadership experience preferred.
Strong admin and appointment management skills.
Excellent communication and patient service focus.

Responsibilities

Lead front-of-house operations and set service standards.
Manage appointments, recalls, treatment follow-ups and clinician schedules.
Greet patients, ensure a warm professional environment, process payments and enquiries.
Maintain patient records and administrative systems, support onboarding of new staff.
Collaborate with clinicians to optimise scheduling and patient care.
Support daily administration, banking, reporting and practice operations.
