Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in administration, customer service, operations or sales support.
• Ability to stay highly organized and detail oriented while juggling priorities.
• Comfort with using business systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email and phone, manage order tracking and returns.
• Assist with sample management, packing and dispatch.
• Support admin tasks, onboarding, reporting and data management.
• Help the CEO and team with meeting coordination and office duties.
