No two days are the same! You will:
Provide accurate product information, stock availability, and pricing information.
Prepare detailed quotations, process sales orders, and ensure seamless handoffs to operations or fulfilment teams.
Monitor inventory levels, track open shipments, and proactively communicate any delivery delays to customers and the sales team.
Process customer returns, claims, and credit note efficiently and accurately.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and walk‑ins with a solution‑oriented approach.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as warehousing, finance, and product management) to resolve customer issues and expedite orders.
Support BDM with lead coordination.
Maintain clean and accurate customer data and interaction histories.
Prioritise a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships that drive customer retention and repeat business.

To thrive here, you will have:
3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or distribution (packaging industry experience would be a bonus)
Proven end‑to‑end customer service or sales support experience
