Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Support professional. Use your 3–5 years in manufacturing or distribution to drive sales and keep operations moving smoothly in Mangere.

You will provide product information, quotes, and handle orders while coordinating with warehousing and finance to ensure timely deliveries. The role suits a proactive, organised professional focused on great service and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or distribution (packaging industry experience would be a bonus).
• Proven end‑to‑end customer service or sales support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate product information, stock availability, and pricing information.
• Prepare detailed quotations, process sales orders, and ensure seamless handoffs to operations or fulfilment teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, track open shipments, and proactively communicate any delivery delays to customers and the sales team.
• Process customer returns, claims, and credit notes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and walk‑ins with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and expedite orders.
• Support BDM with lead coordination.
• Maintain clean and accurate customer data and interaction histories.
• Prioritize a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships that drive customer retention and repeat business.
