Job summary

Driven Golf Lounge is seeking a friendly, confident team member to join our new lounge. You will help customers set up golf simulators, serve drinks and food, and support smooth lounge operations.

Applicants should hold a Manager's Certificate for licensed premises, be 18+, and enjoy working in hospitality. Golf knowledge and simulator familiarity are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Manager's Certificate for licensed premises.
• Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol responsibly.
• Experience in bar, café, food service or hospitality is preferred.
• An interest in golf, playing or training is advantageous.
• Comfortable learning and assisting with simulator systems.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability including late nights and weekends.

The role is varied and hands-on. You'll be helping customers set up and use our golf simulators, serving drinks and food, and helping keep the lounge running smoothly.

About you

• Holds a current Manager's Certificate for licensed premises – essential
• 18+ and confident serving alcohol responsibly
• Friendly, approachable and great with customers
• Bar, café, food service or hospitality experience
• Interest in golf – playing experience, golf training or good knowledge of the game would be a big advantage
• Comfortable learning simulator systems and helping customers get set up
• Reliable and comfortable working independently
• Can work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends
