Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is seeking a hands-on Facilities Coordinator to manage day-to-day facilities, assets and equipment, ensuring safety, maintenance and compliance. We are looking for an organised, proactive and service-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team and support the effective day-to-day operation of OFC’s facilities.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring OFC’s facilities, assets and equipment are safe, well maintained, compliant and ready for use.
Reporting to the Procurement and Facilities Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day facilities requirements, maintenance activities, contractors, suppliers, accommodation operations and facilities-related administration. The role will also support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-ofhouse services.
You will be a key point of contact for staff, visitors, Member Associations, teams, referees, contractors and service providers, providing a professional and welcoming experience while ensuring facilities and reception-related requests are responded to efficiently.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with relevant facilities or property maintenance experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and finding practical solutions to operational issues.
