Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Property Coordinator to support day-to-day management of our nationwide property portfolio from our Auckland CBD office. You will ensure staff and clients have safe, fit-for-purpose facilities while coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors, and assisting with lease administration.

We welcome recent graduates or early-career professionals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in property and facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
  • Support property improvement projects and site visits.
  • Assist with compliance checks, audits, and health and safety documents.
  • Oversee central service contracts and scheduled maintenance activities.

We are seeking a Property Coordinator to support day‑to‑day management of our Nationwide property portfolio, based in our Auckland CBD office, the role ensures that staff and clients are provided with safe and fit‑for‑purpose facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated self‑starter who’s ready to kick‑start a career in property and facilities management. If you’re organised, curious, and enjoy getting stuck in, this role will give you exposure across, coordinating maintenance, supplier relationships a variety of hands‑on property tasks and, lease administration all while learning from an experienced and supportive team.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Coordinating day‑to‑day maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Supporting property improvement projects, including attending site visits
  • Assisting with compliance checks, audits, and collecting contractor health & safety documents
  • Help to oversee central service contracts and scheduled maintenance activities
  • Helping to keep property records up to date and assisting with basic lease administration tasks
  • Ensuring sustainability guidelines are adhered to when helping with purchasing or procurement tasks
  • Providing general support across the team and maintaining good working relationships with the wider organisation.
