To achieve this, we are looking for a proactive and collaborative Facilities Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, well-presented and performing at their best.
Reporting to the Head of Assets & Airport Emergency Services, you'll lead our Facilities team and take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of QAC's facilities across the terminal precinct, utility assets, commercial buildings and precincts, roadways and landholdings.
This is a hands-on leadership role with plenty of variety. You'll oversee everything from repair and maintenance programmes and contractor performance through to building compliance, financial performance and the presentation of the terminal precinct.
You'll be an experienced facilities professional who is comfortable operating in a busy, complex environment where safety, customer experience and operational continuity all matter.
You’ll bring strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people - from your own team through to contractors, tenants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
