University of Otago – Christchurch campus is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Property and Campus Development team. You will coordinate a building portfolio including modern laboratory and research facilities, reporting to the Facility Manager.
This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term role based in Christchurch (37.5 hours). The appointment range is $69,931 to $74,609, with top end $80,285 per annum.
Due to the launch of a new facility, this is a rare opportunity to join the University of Otago’s Christchurch campus as a Facilities Coordinator where you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring a safe, vibrant, and high-performing built environment is maintained to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will coordinate a building portfolio including very modern, highly serviced and complex laboratory and research facilities.

In addition to the Christchurch based Facilities Manager, you will be supported by an array of property professionals in our Dunedin Campus, such as engineers, asset, project, property, and compliance managers as well as our dedicated Trade Services Team.
