AskOtago, the University of Otago's service centre in Dunedin, seeks Service Representatives to assist students, staff, visitors and others with queries, across multiple channels, delivering tailored, first-contact resolution where possible.

These permanent, full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) require a proactive approach, excellent communication, and a commitment to inclusive service aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Competenze

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse audience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to a variety of inquiries and shifts.
