Primary ITO in New Zealand is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and ensure seamless learning journeys for learners and employers. You will coordinate admin, maintain data, and provide customer service across the program.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for a 12-month fixed term. The ideal candidate can be based in Christchurch or flex within New Zealand for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and customer service experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and data entry.
• Ability to re-prioritise and adapt to changing tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative and process-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building.
• Knowledge of the primary industry is a plus and trainable.

Responsabilités

• Support Delivery Coordinators and the team when needed.
• Assist Training Advisors to monitor learner completion rates.
• Handle routine administration: mail, couriers, banking, filing, supplies.
• Maintain training and customer data accurately.
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and advice.
