We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join us in a job-share arrangement, working 30 hours per week over 5 days. You’ll work closely with a co-Coordinator to keep our training programmes running smoothly from enrolment through to evaluation – this is a hands‑on, varied role at the centre of everything we deliver.
Day to day, you’ll:
Set up courses, manage course enrolments, and maintain accurate participant records, including grades, in Arlo training management system.
Send timely and professional communications to participants before, during, and after training events.
Coordinate facilitator availability and travel bookings, venues, catering, equipment, and virtual session set‑up (Zoom/Teams) for training events.
Prepare and maintain participant materials, workbooks, and resource packs.
Collate participant evaluations and reporting for the delivery team.
Work in close partnership with your job‑share co‑Coordinator to ensure a seamless, consistent service.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in course, event or training administration, managing multiple courses and events simultaneously.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Warm, clear, professional communication with a wide range of people.
A collaborative approach – you’re comfortable sharing ownership of a role with a job‑share partner.
Experience working with a Learning Management System or similar online platform (familiarity with Totara and/or Arlo is a bonus).

$70,000–$80,000 FTE, pro rata (approx. $52,500–$60,000 actual for 30 hours per week)
