Job summary

Sourced IT Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Project Coordinator in Christchurch for a six-month fixed-term contract beginning in October. You will join a growing programme team, coordinating work across two organisations to align people, processes and technology.

We are looking for 3+ years of commercial project coordination experience, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in project coordination.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project activities with project teams and stakeholders across the business.
• Set up and maintain projects in the project management system (schedule, risks, issues, and registers).
• Assist with month-end review of status reports.
• Assist to manage smaller projects.
• Serve as a communication point between internal teams and external resources.
• Maintain information and records to ensure work streams are informed by accurate data.
