Job summary

Enable New Zealand Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our Innovation and Technology team in Palmerston North. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will support the delivery of our change and transformation programme with governance, reporting, and administrative duties.

You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, manage financial tasks, and drive improvements. This fixed-term role runs through to 30 June 2027 and is based in Palmerston North.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in Programme Coordinator, Project Coordinator, PMO, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies and practices.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience preparing reports, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions.
• Financial administration experience including purchase orders, invoicing, budget tracking and reconciliations.
• Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes.
• A customer-focused and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities and maintain project documentation.
• Support governance processes and reporting across the delivery teams.
• Assist with financial administration tasks and budget tracking.
• Help drive continuous improvement across programme delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Business Owners and stakeholders.
