Job summary

Resilient Organisations in Christchurch seeks a Training Coordinator to join in a 30-hour-per-week, permanent role. You will manage enrolments, coordinate venues and facilitators, and ensure smooth delivery from enrolment through evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in course, event or training administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Warm, clear, professional communication with a wide range of people.
• Collaborative approach and comfortable sharing ownership in a job-share role.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (familiarity with Totara or Arlo is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Set up courses, manage enrolments, and maintain participant records in the LMS.
• Send timely communications to participants before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate facilitator availability, travel bookings, venues, catering, and virtual setup.
• Prepare participant materials, workbooks, and resource packs.
• Collate participant evaluations and reporting for the delivery team.
• Work closely with your job-share partner to ensure a seamless, consistent service.
