Job summary

Belron New Zealand (Smith&Smith, Laser and Exceed) in Auckland is seeking a Trade Services Project & Operations Manager to onboard and deliver products, services and projects into the business support team. You will lead a team handling day-to-day customer and franchise-owner interactions to ensure best-in-class service, while driving our supplier strategy for scalable, high-quality support.

Qualifications

5+ years in middle management within a service-based trade industry.
Strong leadership and influencing capabilities with stakeholders.
Strategic thinker able to analyse data and deliver commercial solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication; relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Proven coach/mentor, energetic, self-starter with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding and delivery of products, services and projects into the business support team.
Lead day-to-day customer & member/franchise-owner interactions to ensure best-in-class service.
Drive the back-office supplier strategy to leverage scale for operational support.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced trade environment.
Foster a high-performing, values-led culture and engage with stakeholders and franchisees.
